Instructional Design
Leading the end-to-end learning design process, I work with clients to understand the learning needs and performance gaps in their organisation, engage with key stakeholders to develop a range of high-quality learning resources, support the implementation and integration of the project, and offer a full and rigorous evaluation process throughout.
Learning Development
In-person or online, I develop outstanding resources to support learners. This includes, but is not limited to: multimedia eLearning, facilitator packs and guides, microlearning content, interactive resources, delivery via virtual classrooms, podcasts, and community-based or social learning. Leadership Development
For over ten years, my specialism has been in designing and delivering programs that equip leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the workplace. I work with clients to create tailored experiences to bring out the best in their team, providing instantly applicable learning for leaders at all levels of an organisation.
